Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

Did it not occur to you that pla is brittle? Next time, use petg or nylon with 85% infill.

  2. Comment

Never had to use a scraper to get my print of my printbed. I've printed PLA PETG ASA ABS PETG-CF, on smooth or satin steel sheets. Flex it and done. For TPU I use a bit of IPA on the sides, wiggle a little and it releases. Maybe other filaments are harder to remove, like Nylon, but never tried that filament yet.

Taulman Bridge equivalent? - Looking to find a equivalent nylon to taulman bridge (remember that stuff?) I still have some rolls left, trying to find a equivalent in terms of flexibility and robustness. I think its just a nylon 6 with not much else, i figure at least a few ppl out there might have some recommendations. I primarily print thin flat-ish parts with it for its toughness when being pretty thin and flexy.

  4. Comment

My brother in Prusa I don't even trust my printer parts with that material/infill combo lol. Jokes aside yeah PLA is both hard and brittle which is really not what you want for a hammer. You want it at least not brittle, and hard depends on what kind of hammer you want. I see that some mallets used for leatherwork and jewlery are made of nylon, PC or polystyrene. Maybe try HIPS ? IIRC it prints quite easily.

  5. Comment

When annealed properly, heat deflection temperature is 160-165c, tg is still lower. Again for CF maybe, for regular nylon is wouldnt trust it... nozzle temp can also mean a lot of things including buffing flowrate. Regular nylon tends to have shit layer adhesion too. Also depends on the nylon blend, still I personally would not touch 90-100c while its still on the spool.
