I think this shows the prime tower specifically became unstable. The prime tower is there because they are using the smooth time lapse. The prime tower moves first, destabilizes, and it appears the extruding filament starts to fail to adhere to the tower and is carried over to the next part where the loose filament begins to accumulate and things proceed to get worse from there.

Next time you can add an extra prime tower, one for each material that way you don't have to fight the single prime tower of incompatible materials

Let’s hope it holds 🤞🏻 - 19 hours into a 59 hour print. I was just in the room to get something and I hear the prime tower falling over. 😬 Must be a bit of bad bed adhesion in the corner. Only thing I could think of now was duct tape. The second image shows so far it’s holding. 🫣 Only 40 more hours to go.

Bambu printers can do normal timelapses, and it'll just take a photo at each layer. The extruder will be wherever it is, and some people don't like that it is sometimes in the way Bambu printers also can do _smooth_ timelapse, which moves the extruder out of the way while it takes the photo. When it does that, because it's moving the nozzle out of the way, it has to have a prime tower to re-initialize nozzle pressure It's slow and it's silly, but it does make better timelapses when it's enabled
