When I had petg stuck with one layer only, scraper did nothing, washing did nothing. Only thing that worked was making a flat print in the area. It fuses the plastic, you can use higher bed tempo too for that. And it worked, had to do it twice but it pulled everything off

Some have suggested changing the z-offset, but that's usually not the solution here. Sure it *can* work, but it is then a case of the tail wagging the dog. So... generally this is from either needing to tune the elephant foot compensation *or* turn off interior brims. Check in the sliced preview to see if the bottom seams show open or if they show the brim being there (check the color legend on the right for the brim preview color). If brims are clear then just bump up the elephant foot comp. For splitting open a print like that I have a safer tool I like to use. Find an inexpensive set of artist's palette knives. They are thin, springy, and have rounded edges so you are much less likely to get cut than when using a hobby knife or razor blade. Amazon usually has a set of 5 for less than $7 USD. Most any will work. I use them instead of razors or scrapers/putty knives.

You can print a scraper with removable blades. That what I’ve been using literally since I started printing 6-7 years ago

Let it cool completely then Isopropyl alcohol and a scraper. Z height increase for prevention.
