The expression "$0.01" means "0.01 dollars", which is equivalent to saying "one cent". Therefore, the expression "$0.01 cents" means "one cent cents", which is gibberish. Also, you haven't explained why the price could not further decline sometime after that purchase. Surely it would: if Adam owned all 21M Bitcoin, then you could launch your own rival Bitcoin with *you* as the sole owner, and people would have just as much reason to buy yours as to buy Adam's (namely, no reason at all).

Stop saying Adam Beck has a buy order for 21 million at a penny. First - **there are not 21 million coins for anyone to buy. No exchange will take that order.** Second - don’t believe everything you read.
