   When I say 7th October I'm obviously not saying it was going to land on that exact date, but that was the start point, buy a month or so before and after it. This is my 4th cycle and following the four year cycle is the only strategy that has really worked. Of course the bottom could have already been in (personally I think it has and my 4 year strategy hasn't been 100% optimum but it has done pretty fuxking well by all accounts). I still think we'll see a drop from people who were just buying in early before the October date to ride the anticipated hype and sell.

   Also if everyone is expecting a 7th October bottom they start buying which pushes the price up. The people what anticipated this and bought in July, August then ride the wave and sell. Putting us back down to the bottom. Maybe.

   Exactly. All these people gloating may have fallen into a trap. This is my 4th cycle bottom, I'm not saying I'm an expert but I've seen this hype and fomo before followed by doom. There is a very real chance people have talked so much about the 7th October bottom, people then aim to buy on the date. Clever people buy the day before the date everyone thinks. Even cleverer people buy in September waiting for everyone to ape in October. The really clever people buy in early September, knowing people will buy the 7th Oct and before, pump the price then they can sell. Price drops. Gloating posters then stop posting for a long time.

   Not many people have considered that there has been even more talk of the 4 year cycle bottom this time round (I've been here for 3 previous), so if everyone thinks it is goign to bottom on 7th October they buy just before then - some people anticipate this so buy in September - some people anticipate people buying at this time and so buy in themsleves with the intention of selling once everyone has fomoed in and caused the late September rally... Then they sell. Price goes down, badly. Of course this is just a possibility but I've seen this sh1t many, many times before

   All of the people who bought in September expecting an October surge when everyone buys on the 7th October? If people did this it would push the price up before 7th October and then we see a big drop after when they sell. Perhaps. Just a possibility before you get your knickers in a twist about the possibility.
