What incentive do I have to lie about 4 properties. Why wouldn’t I just say 104 then? The subject of OP’s post was selling an apartment I was simply echoing I did the same thing, I had 4 at one point, not that unheard of to have 4 properties. Regarding the price of bitcoin or any asset someone holds, not very profound to think if you’re holding that asset you’d prefer to hold it while it’s up and not be as thrilled when it’s down, but those are simply numbers on a screen. I started buying bitcoin in 2017, I’ve seen it up and down, I’m not emotional about the price. I buy more when it’s down. If you don’t have conviction in an investment (Bitcoin or any other) you’ll have a hard time buying when it’s down, since my conviction remains high, I continue to buy.

the OP said he sold an apartment? how could they have done that without owning it first? also in my country for example there is no tax on selling a property if you owned it for more than 5 years
