Because it doesn't reduce any of that stuff and it reduces bitcoins functionality for monetary transactions and causes coin loss. I made another comment with a longer response here.

People dont realize how big bitcoin is. Between all the mining rigs and facilities theres an estimated 10 to 40 billion dollars invested in bitcoins infrastructure alone. Even on the off chance bitcoin loses popularity it will still always hold value amongst everyone who owns a rig or has invested in a mining facility. There is literally no reality where this one cent buy goes through.

As a long term holder, the game I play is work hard, save money, to pray it goes down by half so I can double up on the number of bitcoins. It gets you out of the mindset of wishing it goes up everyday
