As long as you and your family are healthy, it doesn't matter in the end. Comfort is nice and we all want the best for our families and loved ones but at the end of the day, it isn't promised, just like tomorrow. Money is a great servant, but a cruel master. A health scare will empty any man's accounts; all of them. What would a man give in exchange for more time from an impending yet correctable illness? Life is about more than what's in a portfolio or in an account. Be careful of mammon, many serve that god unbeknownst to them

Obviously people will still spend during inflation as they need to survive and live their lives. The point is that they will spend less today if it’s cheaper tomorrow I’ll side with the economic text books if it’s all the same to you
