   There’s a tasting box available from James Hoffman( or maybe just recommended by him) that lets you try different styles so you can narrow down exactly what your preferences are. It’s basically frozen( I think) concentrates you add hot water to. There are descriptions for each and they’re all different.

   You’re definitely not the only one to think office coffee setups are always a battle between “I want good coffee” and “I don’t want to become the loud coffee person in the corner”. A good compromise is pregrinding your beans at home (ideally right before leaving) and using a quieter setup like an AeroPress or Clever Dripper. They’re quick, forgiving, and don’t need a kettle screaming for attention. A small insulated bottle of hot water from home can also work surprisingly well if the office water isn’t hot enough.

   I have two jobs 1) we have a chemex aero press and a nice enough kettle and grinder 2) it’s a cafe I just use whatever I feel like using To be helpful though I used to bring a v60 and a hand grinder and used the hot water from the water cooler, normally that’s more then hot enough at 175-185f

   Hot water, coffee and a splash of cream! Voila! Seriously though, I use an AeroPress. It gives you the best-tasting coffee without any hassle and minimal clean-up. Enjoy!

   This! I was tempted to do this when I was making ghee and had run out of cheesecloth. But after considering the detergent that I used and the chemicals in the dryer sheet I passed on the idea. I can't imagine what it would do to coffee. I don't even wash my favorite coffee cup in dish detergent, just hot water. Cause I feel like no matter how many times I rinse it, it's still going to have residue on it. I used a coffee filter for my ghee instead. Lol
