   I just make a cold brew in a 100% stainless steel French press every morning, press and pour in the morning, reset and put in the fridge for the next day. It keeps me from making more than I need to, and it is end game for me.

   If speed is the main goal, a pod machine will be faster and easier than an espresso setup. A good espresso machine can make better coffee, but there’s a learning curve. If you really want espresso drinks like lattes/cappuccinos/americanos, then an espresso machine makes more sense here. Since you already enjoy French press, you might actually like a good drip machine or AeroPress as a faster weekday option since you will keep more of the flavor you enjoy without adding the workflow of espresso. If convenience is key, stay simple and go pods. My wife and I have a single serve ninja machine for convenience if we don't have time to do our usual coffee routine in the morning. It allows pods and grounds, not a bad deal for it either. Got it for like $90 on tiktok shop months back.

   Drinking that way right now! Super convenient, particularly if you enjoy some coffee little and often, that's me working through the morning's puzzles and crosswords. Mine stays on the hob with water and more coffee added as required. Any fine ground coffee would work, although Balkan coffees are likely to be that style by default, and very good some of them are! Need a gas hob I guess.

   Morning! My in-laws would like to step up their coffee game, so I'd like to buy them a MochaMaster. The challenge is that they often have lots of guests staying over and I'm worried that the 40 oz. capacity may be too small (they currently have a 60 oz. Cuisinart). Any thoughts on what might be a good MochaMaster alternative with a larger capacity?

   I ground coffee in the morning and stored it in a little herb tin. I then used a Clever Coffee Dripper.
