I do the walk thing. Make it at home, put it in a travel mug you actually like, then go round the block with it. Sounds daft but the mug and being outside does most of the work for me.

Move all your coffee equipment outside. Front porch, back porch, balcony or deck. Be organized about it. Get a cute little cabinet with a counter top to house everything so you can go get coffee each morning.

The walk and sitting outside is probably most of the itch, so I'd just take your home coffee to a bench or the park for ten minutes. Funny how a change of scenery makes the same coffee taste better.

What worked for me was making the ritual the point, not the cafe. I take a short walk with iced coffee in an insulated tumbler with a lid and straw and sit outside for ten minutes. The glass tumbler idea is good, a cup that feels like a to go cup helps more than I expected. You could keep the cafe as a weekly treat.

Make it more of a cafe experience at home. For example, you could set up a cute cafe corner in your house or on your porch. I have a little table set up outside where I like to drink coffee when it's warm out. Totally reminds me of spending the morning at a cute cafe.
