I had this problem in one of my bedrooms, it was on the west side and got the setting summer sun each evening. It had an 8" duct that split into a 6 for the room register and two 4s, for the closet and bath. I switched that 8" to a 10" and ran an 8" to the register that I had to replace. I added a damper at the plenum to dial the flow. Problem solved. The spray form insulation will likely make this not possible without a lot of work. See if you have any restrictions for the return air. Does that room have a dedicated return register or must the air go below the door.

My vent is is maybe 6’ feet long out the side of my house. My duct is 10”x4 ish.

Just build a wide sheet metal box over the opening in the cabinet that lets you offset the duct to the outside.

you are right, we want tiles on all walls. wall up the toilet to give it more privacy so he has to run a duct for the fan there. bathroom niche and two linear drains. shower handles are placed at the entrance

Just re-rout the duct from the hood to the opening in the framing with adjustable elbows. There are ways to make the space in above range cabinets actually more useful by adding pullouts, etc.
