Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

you probably mean flashing behind joints, take 2 flat head screw drivers, slide one under each side of joint, then cut a 4" piece of tar paper, and slide it up as far as you can, remove screw drivers, cut off excess tar paper. It won't be as good as it would be upon installing siding, because you will probably not get it all the way up because of nails at top of siding, but will be better then no flashing. As for gaps, they will change with temp, and humidity, not much you can do about that.

Look at your baseboard trim. It's tall enough that you need 2 nails. Bottom one goes into the 1 1/2 plat, top one goes into a stud. Look closely and you'll see where it is. Find the first one, find the others.

I didn’t have any good batteries for my stud finder so I used neodymium magnets to find the nails. The stick to the wall where the nails in the studs are. My spacing was 16”, 12”, 12”, 16”….

Exterior walls can really mess with stud finders because they're full of insulation, and my insulation also has a foil vapor barrier. I usually resort to using a nail or punch to find the stud and then fixing whatever extra tiny holes I end up with. A strong magnet might also work. It'll find the screws or nails in the drywall.

Find the drywall screws/nails with a magnet Test with a small finish nail.
