Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

You are absolutely right on some of your assessments. This was a vanity project I wanted to work on this for myself. And this would not work in its current state in a real corporate setting. When it comes to game design, I'm very much a beginner but I wasn't trying to make the next COD or God of War game, I was just having fun. This is absolutely something I want in my toolset. Sometimes Storyline doesn't cut it and "vibecoding" a course is a nightmare (and don't get me started on Rise). I want to be able to use a tool, in this case Godot, to create training that I couldn't in any other current industry standard software. We all complain about how boring compliance training is, I was just trying something different. If it's not the right approach then its not the right approach, but I tried something different. I could have used Godot to create a presentation style course like one would in Storyline or Lectora, but I already did some tests like that. I wanted to do something way outside the box.

I agree with your assessment, but this was just a project I used to explore Godot and it's capabilities, plus how easy it would be to create something like this. I've had a few projects in the past where I think something similar could have been effective, but in a first person view (but not VR), and a more serious tone. I'll be using this as a springboard to hopefully develop other projects.

Godot for creating the training game, Blender for the 3D models.

I used Godot for the main Application. Blender for altering the 3D models.

As I mentioned before, this was just a passion project I was having fun with. In a different setting, tone, and industry, this could be effective to teach different topics. I chose Cyber Security because it was something I'm familiar with. I wanted to bring a spotlight to Godot as a true alternative to Storyline. The application itself (Godot) has a steep learning curve, but gets easy after you learn some basics. The way I setup the structure would make it very easy to pop in a new NPC, some dialogue, and a "mission". It's just as easy to create a little more chaos if you like. You can make it easier for people to play. Add instructions, animations to show them what to do, change focus order, set it up for game controller (for those with special needs). Add settings to increase or decrease font sizes, localization. The only thing that isn't working yet on a web export is support for screen readers. This was just a demo. If it was a real world project, the training aspect comes first. But knowing that I could build something like this if the effort was a better training payoff, I'm happy to have it part of my toolset. Something like this, it probably won't increase knowledge transfer or retention, at least not anymore so with an unmotivated learner. But if the course requires some type of physics simulation, where they can enter numbers or adjust some setting to see the results, using a platform like this would.
