Yep. I mean they'll probably ask you how you evaluate learning in the interview process but in practice they're more concerned with just having the training than knowing whether it's good or not.

Second this. Changing behavior is something that is extremely challenging to measure org-wide. A lot is also understand what people actually want to accomplish when they give you half-baked visions of what a training is going to look like, then convincing them to do something completely different that actually accomplishes the intended goal.

Depends on the training need. In my role, it’s typically either compliance or new technology. Analysis typically consists of learning about the impacted end users, what’s their current state, what’s changing, what’s the new workflow, what are their personas, what knowledge/skills are needed, etc. We might have to train different stakeholders on different objectives like staff who will use the product/tech and leaders who need awareness.
