Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

Used to use Publisher but now that Office is discontinuing it in October (RIP) we actually use PowerPoint now. Sounds weird, but you can format the “slides” to be the size of printer paper and it’s just easier to manipulate images and text boxes in PowerPoint than in Word, in my opinion.

Half my company (which granted is like 5 people lol) designs ILT in Word, the other half (me and another woman) is eLearning almost exclusively in Storyline, but recently I've had to do 12 modules in Lectora and I need a drink.

I've always gone with the first option, especially if you secure the document with a password to prevent unwanted or unintentional edits. It also makes handoff and version history much easier to manage since you can simply add a page at the end with a revision history table. You can track the author, version number, date, and changes made, so everything is properly documented and easy to reference later. Additionally, if the trainer is the end user, a password-protected Word file is simply more practical because they can make minor edits on their own if needed without requiring specialized software or support from the comms team. Once they're done, they can easily export the file to PDF. I haven't really worked with InDesign, so I can't comment much on that workflow, but since it's part of Adobe, you also have to consider the need for a subscription and whether everyone who needs to edit the document actually has access to it. For a facilitator's guide that trainers are expected to maintain themselves, I would still choose Word and export it to PDF.

I always do word compatible documents. Everyone has access to OpenOffice, Google Docs, word, or some other product to edit it.

I agree for the most part, but it's not the case that LLMs are unbiased. There is an uproar right now about Claude bias. I refer to AI as a tool because it is useless without human supervision. I've had a project recently where I exchanged more than 300 turn pairs with a chat agent before I had a useful draft. Then I edited the output in Word. We measure turns, part of our conversation analytics and LLM observability efforts. These tools help me accelerate projects and remove some of the research drudgery. My habit is to use Claude for large projects and then use ChatGPT and Gemini and Perplexity for little asks during the project like "how do I create a layer mask in Illustrator."
