Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

Get the microwave, hands down. For meal prep reheating it's the most practical thing you can own — most prepped meals reheat in 2-3 minutes. Air fryers are great but they're slower for reheating full meals and you can only fit small portions. As a student you'll use the microwave every single day. For veggies going bad — the biggest mistake is storing them pre-chopped in regular containers. Moisture builds up and they rot fast. Either: (1) store them whole and chop on prep day, or (2) if you do pre-chop, put a dry paper towel in the container to absorb moisture. Hardier veggies (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers) last 5-7 days stored right. Leafy greens go bad fastest — keep those separate and eat them first. Easy starter recipes for your situation: - Chicken and rice bowls (cook a batch of chicken, make extra rice, portion into containers with whatever sauce you like) - Chickpea curry over rice (one pot, freezes great, cheap ingredients) - Pasta with roasted veggies (roast a tray of whatever veggies are cheap, toss with pasta and olive oil) The whole point of meal prep is that the cooking time is front-loaded. Spend 90 minutes on Sunday, eat for 4-5 days. The microwave makes the "heat and eat" part actually fast.

Check out your local used market for small appliances for cheap. Things like microwaves and air fryers are always on facebook marketplace from people who are moving or upgrading. Thrift stores will always have things like measuring cups and crock pots, and occasionally tupperware. There's always cheap kitchen stuff around if you look for it.

What brand of vacuum sealer do you use? I’ve been looking at getting one and don’t know which one is considered “cheap” as opposed to “affordable”

Veg on a budget - refried bean tostadas! Top with cheese lettuce salsa whatever you have. You can prep the toppings, heat the beans and cheese on the tostada, 5 min in the oven. My kids love tostada night and I love how cheap it is!
