Thawing doesn’t seem like a step I’d take for a smoothie. As a busy mom, something as grab and go as possible is easiest and most efficient. Grab meaning grab from the freezer and put it in the blender and go.

Thanks 😋 Yes, I completely thaw them first! I just move it from the freezer to the fridge the day before I want to eat it! When reheating I just pop the lid, put it into the microwave and gives it 4:30 on 80%. Let it sit for a couple of minutes to let the heat spread evenly throughout the whole dish. Then its time to eat. Could be more easy.
