Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

This may not work for you, but I have a deep freezer (that I got for a really good price at Best Buy; check sales, etc) When I do meal prep, I put a couple servings in the fridge and then put the others in the deep freezer. That way I don't end up with meal fatigue eating the same thing over and over, and I can grab something else I've made. Granted...I have extra storage space. But you could probably do something similar if you used something like SouperCubes and storage bags, and it wouldn't take up that much space if you don't have the budget/space for a deep freezer.

I use a bullet blender that has the lids. I mix powders and liquids for multiple days and store them in the fridge, that way in the morning I’m just scooping fruit or ice and blending. I use a scale and just weigh the fruit and leave a scoop in the fruit bag.

Thanks 😋 Yes, I completely thaw them first! I just move it from the freezer to the fridge the day before I want to eat it! When reheating I just pop the lid, put it into the microwave and gives it 4:30 on 80%. Let it sit for a couple of minutes to let the heat spread evenly throughout the whole dish. Then its time to eat. Could be more easy.

This looks great, I would suggest having some fresh, crunchy stuff in the fridge. Kimchee does the trick, I have some pickled ong choy that I love to eat out of the jar. This seems like a good candidate for freezing.

If you general hygiejne is ok, you chill the food relatively quick and have your temperature in your fridge correct, theres no problem there! But are you planning on eating the same dish every day for a week?
