Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

Thanks. Its just the standard 12 minutes sommer and 10 minutes rest! I added a 1/4 chicken bouillon cube, a little onion and garlic powder as well. It just makes the rice taste so much better! Sometimes I add a little 5 spice to get that special sensation that sechuan pepper gives! But not this time though!

I think a microwave is more practical for you than an air fryer. You mentioned that one of your main friction points right now is how long it takes to reheat food, and the microwave is king when it comes to that. It will also help you defrost things quickly. An air fryer is more useful for actual cooking than a microwave, but you already have your gas stove for that, so you can always hold off on it for later if you want. As for vegetables, it depends on which ones. Many veggies won't last a week once cut unless you cook them first. A few things that can help: don't wash them until right before you eat them, and wrap them in paper towels so they absorb the moisture. Regarding vegetarian recipes, what we like most with chickpeas is either with onion, garlic, ginger, and garam masala, or with red pepper and crushed tomatoes. Lebanese mujadara also strikes me as a delicious and cheap vegan dish. It's just lentils with rice, onion, garlic, ginger, and spices like cumin and coriander.

Bulgar & sheet pan kebabs - This week I decided to make bulgar with chicken sheet pan kebabs and mixed veg. In the bulgar I added a tomato sauce that I made using fresh tomatoes, tomato puree, coriander and basil with a clove of garlic. I also added smoked paprika and a chicken stock cube whilst cooking. If you want the fluffiest bulgar make sure to leave the lid on after it’s finished cooking to let the grains steam so it absorbs back all the released liquid. I let it steam for about 10-15 minutes before I fluff up the grains. Makes a huge difference. I tend to do this method for all the grains that I cook. For the chicken sheet pan kebabs I minced my own thigh meat and then added minced garlic, onion, red pepper, coriander, parsley, mint & green chillies (for the veggies & herbs make sure to squeeze out the moisture before adding to the chicken thigh meat). Also added coriander & cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric, smoked paprika, some melted ghee, lemon juice and salt & pepper. Made sure to combine all the ingredients properly then I placed it in the fridge covered overnight. This helps to enhance the flavours and also keep the mixture together. The next day I spread the mixture out onto a sheet pan and scored it trying to divide the kebabs evenly. I cooked it @200c fan (425f) for around 12-14 minutes then placed it under the grill for a couple of minutes to get the golden/charred top. If you want to go the extra mile you can smoke the cooked kebabs by placing a heated charcoal piece onto an aluminium foil dish or glass bowl and drop some ghee or a small amount of oil onto the charcoal and cover the whole pan with aluminium foil to trap in the smoke. Really imparts a beautiful smokiness and mimics the barbecue flavour. Veggies were mixed with some butter, salt & pepper and dried mixed herbs. Hope you guys try it out. It’s really so comforting and delicious. A simple and easy recipe to make that’s great if you plan ahead😊
