Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

It may not be listed as microwave safe, but I have used it in the microwave plenty of times with no issues. This article from pure cook explains why some stainless steel containers are microwave safe and others are not

Get the microwave, hands down. For meal prep reheating it's the most practical thing you can own — most prepped meals reheat in 2-3 minutes. Air fryers are great but they're slower for reheating full meals and you can only fit small portions. As a student you'll use the microwave every single day. For veggies going bad — the biggest mistake is storing them pre-chopped in regular containers. Moisture builds up and they rot fast. Either: (1) store them whole and chop on prep day, or (2) if you do pre-chop, put a dry paper towel in the container to absorb moisture. Hardier veggies (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers) last 5-7 days stored right. Leafy greens go bad fastest — keep those separate and eat them first. Easy starter recipes for your situation: - Chicken and rice bowls (cook a batch of chicken, make extra rice, portion into containers with whatever sauce you like) - Chickpea curry over rice (one pot, freezes great, cheap ingredients) - Pasta with roasted veggies (roast a tray of whatever veggies are cheap, toss with pasta and olive oil) The whole point of meal prep is that the cooking time is front-loaded. Spend 90 minutes on Sunday, eat for 4-5 days. The microwave makes the "heat and eat" part actually fast.

\- he packs a microwave safe glass container to rinse and re-use \- freeze meals in loaf pans lined with plastic then with parchment paper- he removes the layers adds to glass container and microwaves By far the most economical option without microwaving plastic or lots of extra containers

Have you looked into collapsible silicone containers? Brands like Sea to Summit make collapsible bowls and plates that are silicone — they're microwave safe, freezer safe, don't hold odors, and they collapse flat which would be huge for his limited space. The lids are silicone too so no plastic there. They're super lightweight, basically indestructible, and if he needs to rinse one at a gas station bathroom sink it takes like 10 seconds. Not as rigid as glass but honestly that's kind of a plus in a moving truck — no shattering. Not the cheapest upfront but they last forever. Another option — Stasher silicone bags. Basically reusable silicone Ziploc bags. You can freeze meals flat in them (saves a ton of space in a 3 cu ft freezer), microwave them right in the bag, and they wash out easy. For a trucker doing week-long runs, the space savings from freezing things flat vs. in bulky containers could make a real difference. Good luck to him out there — long haul is no joke.

If you can be flexible on the plastic issue, there are a lot of bento box options that meet all the other requirements. They're not collapsible that I've seen but they don't take up a ton of space and are generally microwave & freezer safe, light, watertight, and sturdy. Many but not all are dishwasher safe. There are some microwavable stainless steel ones, but they are pretty expensive. If you go that route, get out a ruler or something when looking at options and make sure you're getting a grownup size and not child size.
