I have never has any issues, they always comes out fluffy and tasty. Its just the usual 2 parts of rice to 3 parts of water by volume! Its just regular basmati rice! What issues have you encountered?

Next time you can just roast some fresh veg at the same time the meat is cooking so you get some tasty roasted veggies with the meal
