Get her a state ID instead. You will need it - even with POA you have to have government ID for SSA, insurance, etc.

drivers license - Application for renewal came. I assume i can ignore it. Clearly with advanced Alzheimer's she's not driving. I'm assuming any needs for ID at this stage are minimal and can handled via my POA

She doesn’t even use her credit card, I’m the one keeping it and I give her cash just so she won’t complain about being broke. I’ll definitely start returning some stuff and give away clothes since she probably won’t even notice. No guardianship or POA, it’s supposed to be my father and she’s only staying with me because I’ve been free for the past few months (I’m a college student)

Can you just give here access to an account with a small amount of money to spend per week, like $200? Then when it runs out it's just "sorry, you have spent all your money this week", or "sorry, there is no money left until next week". Make sure she does not have access to her other accounts. Do you have POA or guardianship? You could also keep some receipts and secretly return all the crap she buys once she has forgotten about it, and play dumb if she asks where it is. Things can be "lost".
