I hear that Roche Company is looking into acquiring some drug to do a trial for treating the tau tangles in one's brain. My Trontinemab doctor told me about it. Currently we are only treating amyloid plaque and not the tau tangles.

Yes, it is a tau vaccine. The dual trial you’re mentioning I believe is phase 2 with monoclonal antibodies against. I guess I’m only interested in phase 3 trials at this point. Thanks. The trend seems to be that the earlier the treatment, the better the suppression of AD progression. Makes sense sense once the TAU has spread everywhere and there are NFT’s and widespread rampant inflation, you’re not gonna be able to do much.

Which vaccine is it? How about the dual etalanetug/lecanemab trial? It’s not a tau vaccine but a tau antibody.
