   Another entry for Lion Pair lol. Cuts infflamation down. Melano cc Premium calms my acne, apart from preventing hyperpigmentation. I also use the cleanser and toner. Aestura 365 cream/lotion/essence for barrier strength and repair esp when using harsh actives. I use taz.

   I don't have any specific AB products that I recommend but glycolic acid and azelaic have worked really well for both hyperpigmentation and acne, my main concern being hyperpigmentation. I currently use 12% glycolic acid cream and 15% azelaic acid gel both from pharma brands and they've worked really well, the glycolic acid cream specifically really helped with my overall skin texture. Other than this, I've found peeling gels are also very effective, they are pretty underrated in general.

   Kisocare Azeliac acid 15% cream. I've been using it for a month and really loving it for hyperpigmentation. It's texture is a bit thick and hard to spread so I'm thinking of trying the serum version after emptying this one. Skinoren was itchy and broke me out so this was a great find.

   What acne products do you absolutely swear by? - What products have you tried that you would repurchase/stock up on in a heartbeat, and what do you use it for (ex: hyperpigmentation, spot treatment, exfoliation, etc)? I'm open to anything... cleansers, serums, clay masks, etc.

   This is where it gets difficult with addressing hyperpigmentation. You are right and you do have to target multiple steps of the pigmentation process but at the same time you also need to balance not getting irritation as that can also trigger pigmentation (if I am not wrong, inflammation is one of the first steps in the pigmentation process). My skin is also not sensitive but I would say that if your skin is showing signs of irritation it is best to step back but you know better than I what is best for your skin. For more info for people far more qualified than I on hyperpigmentation: Chemist Confessions has a whole playlist where they talk about different pigmentation focused actives focusing on what the research says. Lab Muffin Beauty Science did a whole video on hyperpigmentation/dark spots. Doctorly has multiple videos on how to address hyperpigmentation/dark spots.
