Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

Recently, Gunsen is a bit like that. IT is a game where you can build army and move it on the map. You have a series of goal and the first one to manage 7 of these goals win the game, but there are like, ... 12 goals or something like that. Among these, there is winning a battle, but there is also taking hold of interest point on the map, using abilities card, making buildings, doing some personnal mission... So it is possible to, just, try to get wood to make your buildings, get money to get use your special skills, use influence to summon your hero, do your personal quest that might be something like "being on an interest point and some place around it", and while the other players can be aggressive, you can focus on defense and i've had games where we didnt fight at all.

There's a Dixit version that takes 12. I find it works really well for non-gamers, as a sort of ice breaker.

I think it might be possible to get up to 12 with two copies of **Ready Set Bet**. **Feed The Kraken** is similar to BOTC and goes up to 11. I haven't played it but reviews seem solid. **Time's Up!** is a fun time. **Hitster** you can just make the teams as big as you want but I haven't tried it with that many people. Same goes with **Wavelength**. There's a 12 player version of **Telestrations** but I haven't played this one either. Seems like fun, though.

Honestly of course people in one specific game focused community are gonna be biased. Everyone in the board games communities has experience with a *variety* of games and can offer *better* suggestions. Not that BotC is going to be a tragedy, but there are *better* ways to go about introducing 12 casual players and non gamers to modern board games.

Yes. Everything from family, to friends, and public stores & convention events where who walks up is unpredictable. I will not intentionally plan a subpar event because some people might be codependent. Instead of shoehorning everyone into one mid 12 player experience, give multiple great experiences by offering different great games at good player counts. More options actually allow for more codependency too, because there’s more seats for flexibility. By offering 2-3 games 4+ players count, you have that flexibility. If Sushi Go plays 8 and Codenames plays 8, that is 16 seats you can divide 12 people between and it doesn’t have to be an event split. Then they can rotate games and let them loose to mix/mingle & play their favorite together.
