Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

A good place to start for any explanation is usually starting with the goal, and then how to achieve that goal along with the obstacles in the way. More specific outside of general structure having clear terms and avoid ambiguity. Try to catch as many strange interactions as possible because players will run into them and put them in an faq so it can be looked up without bloating the general explanation. Nothing more annoying during game night than having to look at forum posts and see many different interpretations of the rules!

I really hate the accusation of "rules lawyer" (although the one guy who used to say it stopped showing up to the local FLGS game night many years ago). It's more like rules referee, which everyone should be doing when it's not their turn. And that includes pointing out when an opppnent's choices entitle them to points/resources/benefits that they missed while taking a complicated turn. It's just like curling, where your opponent acts as your referee!

Same. I have a few boxes of iron clays but man that's a lot of extra weight to lug around to game night

I think there might be some better options out there from the sounds of it. I believe kallax.io might provide a game night

This is exactly the level of “very exciting” I’m here for. Wide + structured is perfect for euro boxes that hate stacking. Might grab a pack and dedicate one as the “game night” bag.
