Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

The table costs 2k or more. With travel, hotel, food, staff pay, it’s like $5-10k to go to Gencon. Why wouldn’t they recoup the cost? It’d be insane to go and only offer demos

It wouldn't exist without a marketing plan either though with this same theory, right? Wouldn't gencon marking factor in, then?

Pretty consistent with small KS/GF projects like this. If you are going to Gen Con or another major convention the company is attending you can save money by buying directly and avoiding shipping.

One company sent doubles to some backers and none to others. They messed up and asked people to bring the extra couple to gencon to turn back in.

It's Gen Con, man. I don't think any company that attends and has a booth is going to go without having something to offer. It's just marketing. But when I read your comment, it sounded like you were upset that they got the exclusive Kickstarter goodies. So, I'm specifically talking about the extra goodies that you were referring to.
