Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

I play games like Kanban EV, SETI, Brass, Ark Nova, Age of Innovation and many other heavy games, but I also love Clank, Harmonies, Flip7wav, and many other easier games. Sometimes they are just fillers, sometimes you just don't want something heavy, sometimes those easier games are deep enough that strategy and thoughfullness is rewarded so a person trying hard enough is still rewarded with the victory for their efforts.

Lacerda sits in a very weird place in the hobby. People seem to be really polarized, some hate his games, some think they are the best ever, but overall there seems to linger the sentiment that they are so complex and overly rules heavy. But compare his games to Garphill games, and especially the South Tigris -series, or any other heavy designs, and they are not any different. I've played a lot of heavy games, and those South Tigris games are way more rules heavy, and complicated than Lacerdas in general are. Lacerda is an excellent designer of heavy euro games. Nothing more, nothing less. Not every game he makes is a game you should automatically like, but quality is not bad for any of them.

Omens is perfect for this. (Also known as Presages) But other than that not many 2v2v2 games so I would just play a 6 player game. There are a lot of great 6 player games. If you are looking for medium weight I guess Citadels, Quartermaster General, Heat, I'm the Boss and Acquire are all great at 6. If you guys like game of thrones and don't mind a heavy and long game then Game of Thrones 2nd edition is amazing at 6.

Sweet Lands and Castles or Burgundy have nothing in common. Sweet Lands is a heavy engine builder that combines Terra Mystica and Terraforming Mars. I think it's better than either of those games, but that is controversial. Mechanically Sweet Lands is absolutely amazing, but it is heavy and can lead to long play times. I'm also not sure if 4p is worth it compared to 2-3p. Rosalie I haven't played but because Sweet Lands was such a hit, around 3 people in my group are backing it. I assume it's going to be another brain burning puzzle. I checked the rules and on paper it looks outstanding as well.

This is levels of AITA scenarios. In our groups we pretty much always choose beforehand, especially if we're interessed in doing a more heavy, longer boardgame. As we get older, we have less time to meet up so we don't wanna waste those sessions with figuring out what to choose and going through the rules etc. Meet up, host already sets up selected game and get going. Your husband is the one being insane, damn gaslighter.
