**Harmonies** is an extremely aesthetically pleasing board game, IMO. The landscape pieces, the animal cards, and those adorable little amber-like cubes. Every time my wife and I play it, one of us inevitably says, “My God, this game is beautiful”. And that’s after playing it many, many times.

I’ve had to learn to understand what my wife means when she wants to play ‘The egg game’ or the ‘rat game’ or the ‘diggy diggy’ game. My favourite was once when she asked for ‘the game with lots of little men’ 😂
