Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

Not happy to share with you my addiction after 6 months, help! - \[COMC\] I made the mistake of buying more than i can play. Amazing games, all of them, but i wish i took my time of playing each until i'm bored before getting another one. 1.5k $ wasted so far. My favorite is still clank catacombs, but i also love TM and SI. Root might have been my bigest mistake since it needs 3 to 4 players that are really into boardgaming so i barely played it once but it was fun. Dont want to get any more games, i think i have more than enough for two to 5 years. Once i'm done, the first games i might get are seti, clank legacy, pandemic legacy (0 or 1 still not sure) and heat. But for now, i'll be enjoying these beauties.

TM and Res Arcana mean the mechanics won't trip you up. The real hurdle is juggling four different victory conditions. Run the free app tutorial first. If the asymmetry clicks, grab the deal.

TM with Prelude is the perfect formula for the game to be fun out of the gate. I have played with the Corporate Era rules (where all resources start at 0 rather than 1) and those early rounds become a total slog. The game lasts much longer.

It sounds like the main appeal is bringing more weighted constraints, more imposed direction, to the array of strategies, for people who feel overwhelmed by the default of greater freedom. That might be not an improvement but a detraction for people who enjoy the initial exploration and choosing more for themselves which lines of play to pursue. Sooner sorting players into separate 'lanes' would also tend to make TM more the nearly solitary kind of puzzle that a lot of folks prefer. People who incline the other way are likely to see TM as having already perhaps too little interaction. Different strokes for different blokes.

Need help to convince my wife to buy Prelude, the Terraforming Mars expansion - Greetings! I am very late to the party but me and my wife have just discovered Terraforming Mars and we absolutely love it. I was checking for possible expansion and I read that Prelude is a must have because it reduce the play time considerably. I talk to my wife about it and she said, nope, no need, the playtime is just fine, no need to spend extra money and beside, it's the draft system that take too long, we'll just shorten it. For context, 98% of our game are at 2 players. Which makes our playtime for TM about 90 minutes, usually ending around turn 12, but it never seem that long, lol. Anyway, I want to buy it (which I probably will but without her knowing, haha) but what arguments can I bring to convince her?
