I'm not sure about the US, but if the game is faulty you should be able to take it back to Walmart where you bought it? Also, I have this game and whenever I move it all the gems fall out their spot and go all over the place, I have no idea how to properly store them in the box, unless them falling out is just something that happens and I have them in the right spots.

Asmodee Splendor - Hello guys, I believe this is the best place to post this. Been on a working trip abroad and bought a brand new Splendor game at Walmart. As this was a gift to my kid, I didn't bothered opening before my arrival at my home. For my surprise the game came without the Black and Blue gems tokens rendering the game unplayable. Right a way sent Asmodee customer service a message through their website. My question here is if they will ship me the missing parts (14 in total) or should I just grasp my loss and grief for my spend dollars while working around a fix? This is the first time on all my board game collection this has happened. As I see it was manufactured in 2025-2 in Poland. Any tips appreciated.

I have a large duffle bag with wheels I got at Walmart for 30$. It can handle games up to the original Heroquest size on down with space for alot more.
