   I'm not giving any definition because for most people it's undefinable, I'm just pointing out that it's certainly not just speed that provides it. I'll say having 0 direct inputs to the vehicle isn't a great way to get a soulful experience though. If the throttle pedal isn't connected to a throttle, brake pedal not connected to the brakes or brake booster, steering wheel not connected to the wheels, then the whole thing is very likely going to feel quite synthetic. The same goes for the computer systems. If there's 1000 inputs done by the computer to things like the throttle, or rear diff, then it's not going to feel very much like I am really the one in control of the machine

   I believe the only option left in the supercar space for hydraulic steering and brakes is McLaren. The difference is tangible.

   That was a LONGGG time ago. We wouldn't have YouTube if it wasn't for advertising. Google has to make money to keep expanding the biggest platform in the world... And they should. Capitalism. I'm very happy youtube exists. I think we would all agree the world is fundamentally a better place because of YouTube... So they should monetize it and make money to keep putting back into it... And they did. It was much more difficult for a random person to change their own brakes before YouTube. Now days anyone can do it... Most still don't, but that is on them. Everyone has to make their own business decisions... I pay for YT premium at like $10 a month, but I consume content on there several hours a day, far more than I do Netflix.

   I put 180,000 miles on a '03 350Z before it got rear-ended by a Lincoln Towncar and totalled. All I ever did was change the oil. And the tires and brake pads. I wasn't gentle on tires and brakes.

   1984 diesel bj60 Landcruiser 876k. Bought it for $1200 when it had 480k. Did literally nothing but oil changes and brakes. It would have kept going too but the frame turned to literal stone. A kid and his dad bought it for $1500 but I wouldn’t let them drive it home but I’m sure once I was out of eyesight they did anyway. Seen it around town here and there. Hope they addressed the frame.
