The Luce is a brand new car with no deliveries at the moment, Ferrari doesn't allow any of their employees to order and buy any brand new car.

You're free to believe whatever tf you want but the truth is that when Ferrari allocates a limited production car they don't vet clients based on the purchase of one particular model which happens to be a series production model! And if there's anything that happened like the way you wrote then the US market would have seen the biggest demand for the Luce as majority of Ferrari's top clients are based there.
