Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

I was excited to see a proper competitor from Audi to fight the GLS/X7. Especially from a useable 3rd row perspective. But now with the improvements to the new Q7 (interior space and cargo behind 3rd row) the difference as large as say: Q9 vs outgoing Q7. (Not to mention the MSRP in CAD with the lux tax for the Q9 and SQ9 were a little eye watering. SQ9 not when with all the options checked was close to the price of my R8 RWD new in 2023 lol)

I mean no one needs any of these cars. A minivan with AWD would suffice for many. Most are going with the speed of traffic, not towing, and not hauling kids. The German trio midsize 3 rows and American full size trios are not necessary for most people. But the point is ithe Escalade and American cars can actually comfortably carry 7 people and their gear without needing a roof box or anything else. Q7 and q9 are glorified 5 seater vehicles. They have cargo space that rivals a Honda CRV lol

The Q9 is just a longer Q7, which was announced a couple months ago. Lepas just copied that and timed their release around the Q9 for clout.

Don't need body on frame to compete with 3rd row space and cargo space of an Escalade. Minivans have been doing this forever. Even the current grand Highlander, atlas, and traverse do a decent good job. Not quite Escalade levels but better than previous midsize 3 row crossover and I guess the current trio from Germany which are still midsize with tight third rows for 6ft adults. Funny thing is some of those mainstream vehicles are the size of a Q7. Audi added 10in with basically no additional function to the interior space. Embarrassing just like the gls and x7. The companies will spend crazy money on developing the useless full size sedans that no one buys anymore. But they refuse to make a proper full size crossover for the American market where they would sell like HOT CAKES. Instead decades later we're still stuck with a midsize crossover while Cadillac sells 50000 escalades every year with the average transaction price above 6 figure. Go figure

Can't say I find any particularly well designed. The Mercedes' oversized front lights make it look like a baby or a child. The Audi also shares a massive grill. I wonder what the Audi would look like with a horizontal mental lined grill like last gen's A4/6/7 and Q7. The vertical grill looks similar to the AMG style horizontal grills. Is there a nicely designed and understated three-row SUV in NA? The new Lexus doesn't do much more me. I think the Cadillac Vistiq might actually have the best design of three-row SUVs after a quick search. I like that's it's not as chunky and overdone as the Escalade IQ.
