Just grabbed some Conscious bars and they are good! Only dates for the sweetener. Dandelion has some great flavor too, just cacao and sugar.

There are several craft chocolate makers who make bars with macambo... AKA Theobroma Bicolor or jaguar cacao. Seeds are bigger, but they can be processed like cacao seeds and turned into "chocolate" It's worth tasting if you haven't had the opportunity.

And good luck getting an effective fermentation with less than 150 pods. It’s nearly impossible to get high enough temps (> 110 deg F for over 72h). There’s just not enough mass. Cacao fermentation is best done in bulk with at least 80kg/180# worth of wet seed. This is why most cacao farms have over 1000 trees/ 2 hectares. I’m a tree to bar chocolate maker in Hawaii and we hui up with several other farms. So much easier and higher quality.
