Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

There are some people who are looking for ceremonial cacao which is minimally processed and made with intention. It's not for everyone, but it serves a customer base that exists in the chocolate market. I know the folks at Ora and they are serious chocolate makers, so not a bad place to start. If you want to learn more about Ceremonial Cacao and Ora, here's a podcast you can listed to about them. From a health perspective, I would say it's the same as other craft chocolate makers.

Most sweets/chocolate now taste extra sickly I remember as a kid branded chocolate was so satisfying more than 1 bar of even a Mars bar was too much, cheaper brands were more sickly but still far better than chocolate now. I miss when supermarkets had their own brand Creme Eggs a bit more sickly but almost as good. again far better than current ones.

Jesus, last time I said something like that I got downvoted into oblivion. I don't *care* if someone likes sweet fatty bars, but don't call it "good chocolate". It is candy.
