The Cocoa Bean + Cocoa Butter content for Hersey's milk chocolate is <11%. So 89% of it is sugar, milk solids, and who knows what else. On a separate note. I recently had a Kit Kat in Japan and it was night and day difference to the ones in the US. More chocolate to wafer ratio, not as sweet, and doesn't have the burning aftertaste.

Like there is absolutely no lab grown chocolate on the market in you US as of right now. It would be like 5x more expensive than traditional chocolate. They simply use ingredients that make it taste weird and cut corners for a dollar.

Seeking the best dark chocolate raspberry truffles in the US. - Title says it all. Many moons ago, there was a local chocolatier by me who made the absolute best dark chocolate raspberry truffles. I would go in and buy myself a box of only that kind of truffle and open a bottle of wine and it was just the best thing on the planet. Nothing I have tasted has even come close. Before I spend too much money on very expensive chocolate that I may or may not like, I figured I would ask here for recommendations. I'm not looking for recipes as I am definitely not going to make them myself.
