Portugal, Spain. Places like England, France, Netherlands are gonna be harder. Eastern Europe you have Albania, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, etc. Hungary might be slightly expensive. Greece could work, as would southern Italy

Fair! Edit: I don’t know why the downvotes. I was assuming ‘Western Europe’ vs ‘Eastern Europe,’ but I didn’t consider breaking ‘Western Europe’ into Northern Europe, Southern Europe, and Western Europe (all together making the ‘Western Europe’ I was referring to),
