With that salary you would be good in eastern europe countries like bulgaria ect...but western europe forget it you would have to live frugal

The median salary in Sweden is around €3500/month, and slightly higher in the capital city. Thus, €2000/month would leave you around poverty level after taxes. With a net salary of approximately €1500/month, you'd be on pair with students and low-income retirees, but you wouldn't necessarily qualify for any benefits as you'd end up slightly above poverty level. You COULD go by but that would require a lot of luck getting a rental controlled apartment and you'd be forced to live really frugal. Also, that salary alone is too low to grant you a Swedish citizenship. But Sweden is also one of the most expensive countries in Western Europe IIRC.

"Western Europe" is a different concept than "The West". Plenty of Eastern European countries are also part of "the west", so it's not a very relevant label in this context.
