Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

Save $30-$40k before you do this. This gives you roughly 2k per month for little over a year. 30k allows you to live and eat. 40k allows you to do both but have fun too. So if you're successful you can stay as long as possible. But if youre unsuccessful you at least had a year to try.

I started with helping friends fixing their computers and setting up networks, then one of them recommended me to a small company that needed someone for remote IT support. Wasn't glamorous work but after a year I had enough experience to apply for better positions For tech roles the market is weird right now, lots of companies pushing return to office but still plenty remote jobs if you look at smaller startups. They care more about what you can do than your degree. Security roles especially, if you got any certs that helps a ton LinkedIn is decent but I found my current job through a Slack community for developers in my city. Someone posted they need a project manager who can work async and I jumped on it. The salary is not amazing but I can work from anywhere and my wife joins me sometimes when she gets vacation days My advice is just start somewhere, even if the pay is not great at first. After you get that first remote job on your resume the next ones become easier to find. Also check We Work Remotely and similar sites, but honestly the best gigs come from knowing people

Mate, don't try the inexperience card on me. I've lived in five countries and had remote long-term relationships that lasted years. Those situations aren't this one. This woman has said three months is too much, so if he decides to go, he's making her decision, and it's a breakup: she said so.

Sorry to say, you could have got those NI years for almost nothing by paying voluntary class 2s while working abroad. They have just changed the laws so that voluntary contributions from abroad can only be done as class 3s, which are an order of magnitude more expensive. You should look into how expensive it would be to make up those years when your previous contributions are invalidated by amending your returns. They might let you contribute class 2s instead for those years, but you should definitely find out.

If you wont go after what you want, you’ll always have what if in your head. If you and her didnt workout after x years, you’ll regret not going after what you want in the first place. If you go and break up, and found yourself not happy with the nomad lifestyle or If you were happy in the lifestyle but after years of doing it, find it hard building a relationship with someone or even finding someone, you also might regret leaving her. So maybe ask yourself which regret will be the most painful after x years, then do the less painful.
