Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

That's a lot of dog to handle alone, 65kg can really pull you off your feet before you even realize it Have you tried a head halter or front clip harness? I know it doesn't fix the family problem but it helped a lot with my big puller, gave me way more control when he decided to lunge at something The family situation is tough, it's easy for everyone to let the unemployed person become the default dog walker and then it just stays that way even on weekends. Maybe stop doing it on a Saturday morning and see if anyone steps up, sometimes people need the inconvenience to notice there's a problem

The dog asking you for walks means you're the one he wants to share his favorite activity with. He's so in love with you. Its an honor to be your dogs favorite. I ALSO have a 65kg dog, and I am ALSO the only person who walks him. Because my wife has rheumatoid arthritis, and she's not physically able to hold the leash. However, my daughter, when she still lived with us, trained the shit out of this dog.. he walks slack leash next to you the whole time. He doesn't even need the leash on to do that. He just walks next to you, period. My point is, with some professional training help, I gaurentee you could fix the frustrating pulling and make it much more enjoyable to be included in your dog's favorite moments. It's actually a pretty simple process overall, you just don't walk if he's pulling. Give him a cue to turn and look at you, give him a treat when he does. Start walking. If he pulls, stop. Repeat. Took my new puppy like 3 weeks to go from choking himself on the leash to walking slack like 85% of the time. But still, he pulls, I stop. Works wonders.

I’m the only one who walk the dog in the family - We’ve had this dog for over four years now. Our older dog died in March, and since then, my dog hasn’t been the same. Because of that, we decided to start walking him every day so he could experience something different and have more stimulation. We have a large enclosed property where he can run around as much as he wants, but even with that, he has started asking to go for walks. If we don’t take him during the day, he becomes very insistent and keeps asking for it. The problem is that I never wanted this dog in the first place. I love dogs, so over time I obviously grew attached to him, and now he is my dog and I would never give him up. But somehow, I’ve ended up being the only person responsible for walking him. He is a very big dog, around 65 kg, and I try to train him as much as I can. However, when he decides he doesn’t want to listen, he simply doesn’t. Walking him can already be difficult because he constantly ends up pulling on the leash, which I absolutely hate. The worst part is when we encounter another dog. He can suddenly go completely crazy and pull with all his strength toward the other dog. I’ve developed different strategies to deal with it, like putting myself between him and the other dog, moving him to the opposite side of me, turning around, or trying to redirect him. But sometimes he catches me off guard, and I have to use all of my body strength just to restrain him. I’ve fallen several times because of this and hurt myself, thankfully never seriously. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I’m currently unemployed, so I’m the one who has the most time available to walk him. I don’t mind walking him when the others are working, because I understand that they have other responsibilities. But even on weekends or on days when they are available, they rarely do it. There is always another excuse, and eventually I’m told to just do it myself. I’m honestly just tired of being the only person responsible for a dog that I never wanted in the first place. I love him and I would never abandon him, but he is a very large and demanding dog, and taking care of him has gradually become more stressful than enjoyable for me.
