   We used Embark. I was skeptical. I had watched the news investigations that showed some places sent back results even though a human was swabbed instead of a dog. I didn’t include a photo or any information about my guesses on her breed when I submitted the sample. I wanted to see what results I got if the only thing they had to go on was the sample. I was pleasantly surprised when the results seemed to fit her exactly. The shelter we adopted her from had her listed as a Chihuahua Mix. But I had always said I didn’t see any Chihuahua in her. She looks like a medium sized black lab with white paws and a curly tail. I had been right she had no Chihuahua in her. Her results were black lab, Australian cattle dog, husky, and beagle.

   I had zero issues with Embark (Toronto). We learned our rescue pup is an Eastern European Village Dog. Honestly, we were hoping to have an easy explanation of what our cute little puppers breed was by doing the DNA test but now instead when people ask I have to explain what a village dog is lol. Or I just call her a mutt and leave it at that if I’m lazy. Anyways no issues sending out or receiving results. We were happy enough with it. For OP - we didn’t do the health testing part so I can’t speak to that aspect.

   I hear they are the best ones. I like them because I was able to meet my dogs relatives through the app. They want to know what you think your dog might be when you send in their saliva. I know my dogs are 100% Pekingese, but I put I was not sure. They did come back as 100% Pekingese. They have some of the same relatives. The only down point to Embark is that they don’t give you all the relatives. I wish they would. Or at least give you more than 30. I’m sure my one pup was related to one of my two other pups, but I guess it’s too far down the line. Whereas both of them have very close relatives who are the same. It’s very fun and it’s fun to be able to chat with your dog’s relatives owners. I met my beloved Lucys mother’s mom on Embark.

   I'm not familiar with wisdom, but I think that embark has add ons that show you if there are any health concerns you need to be on the lookout for. :\] might help you out!

   I had an Embark DNA done, and then Wisdom for the same dog. Wisdom came back with a lot more info, fwiw. Definitely like having these done, plus for extra $ they can look for potential health issues
