   Bed is in his kennel (where he sleeps) and he usually does his damage at some point in the morning right before I let him out. It’s been almost a year until this happened.

   My dog does the same due to his anxiety. He only seems to do it when something he wants to get to is outside the kennel, usually a person. Our vet said it's self soothing and fine for a short time as long as the paint isn't peeling off. He sleeps in his kennel just fine but has to go to kennel if anyone knocks on the door because he can't be trusted and that's usually when the licking occurs. He drools so much while licking the bars that it looks like he spilled his water bowl.

   Why are you letting her go nuts when he's there? Put her in a kennel on the other side of the house. Train your dogs.

   Ruffland kennel borrowing - Quick post but just wondering if anybody in the SLC or Ogden utah area would have a Large ruffland crate they’d be willing to let me borrow/rent for a couple months? I have a large puppy who’s growing out of everything (equipment/crates) I put him in. He’s about to outgrow his medium car crate but I don’t really want to go out and buy a $300+ ruffland crate since he’s going to grow out of it in like 2-3 months. Is there anybody with a large ruffland or something similar who’d let me borrow it or rent it for a couple months? It’ll come back to you fully cleaned and sanitized, my puppy isn’t destructive and doesn’t chew or scratch the inside of crates so it’ll come back to you the same way you lend it. Thanks in advance to anybody willing to help.
