I have 2 big pups and a cat. None are high maintenance at all, just need love and a thrown ball. I usually pay around 120/night for my sitters. They come and go, eat what they want, watch TV, whatever they need. Are you being requested to stay 24 hours, or do you volunteer to? If it's a request, then charge for house sitting as well. If it's your choice, then any loss of money is on you.

You probably need to suspend time alone and restart desensitization training. Find a daycare option or sitter that can watch him. I was able to utilize trazadone and that helped a lot for my boy too.

Same- I found a sitter near me who charges $90/night for 2 dogs. We have a fenced in yard but she likes to take them on walks We had another girl who wanted $120/night plus each drop-in visit during the day was another $25 while she took care of other dogs
