I haven't seen it in the supermarket i I go to . I would get it if I did. I hated it as a kid. My dad braised it whole in a casserole dish for hours. It was disgusting that way. But I found out you can slice it thinly and fry with bacon, its delicious .

Occasionally. I won’t eat someone else’s liver and onions… 99% of it is trash. But my version, lightly breaded and slowly cooked to perfection in an oven (topped with bacon) is some good eating… nobody wants over fried shoe leather that tastes like iron filings…

I love liver and onions. Especially if you cook some bacon in with it. I don’t make it at home but if I go to a really good Irish restaurant and they have it, I get it.

Yes. Calves liver, onions and bacon. Also love chicken livers sauteed with butter, onions, sage, finished with white wine. Grew up eating things like lamb kidneys and cows tongue. Americans eat less and less of what are called "variety meats" these days.
