This is a dish cooks hate it screws up the grill one must save a portion (a large portion of the grill) for the liver it's too aromatic and will taint every dish cooked there after unless one pretty much bricks the grill and that sucks

I'm 55. As a child I loved liver and onions. I still do. But my kids all hate it and always did, so I hardly ever eat it anymore. I think I have to go shopping for some liver now.

Generally I hate the taste of liver, but my wife makes chopped chicken liver - a sort of paté with onion and hard boiled eggs - and I enjoy that in small doses.
