   What is this comment section? Of course she knows the difference between Spain and Latin America. Yeah, there are a lot of Latin Americans in Spain. After taking in millions of spaniards throughout the last few centuries, quid pro quo is only fair. And it's possible she decided to go back so her kids can be home instead of potentially being persecuted by ice

   How do you know that I had a single experience in one place? It was multiple experiences. And I'm far from the only one with that opinion from my friends and aquintances who have visited. I don't care about what government might be doing, I care about the attitude of the people (which in the end, is all that matters). Latin Americans are looked down on.

   All of this is meaningless, you had a single experience in a single place. Again, Spain is famously hospitable to Latin Americans both in culture and favouring them legally with things like accelerated citizenship.

   A lot of the Latin Americans living in Spain now are descendants of those waves in the 60s and 70s. I'm half Venezuelan and half Colombian. Of my 8 great-grandparents, half were Spaniards who migrated to the Americas in the mid 20 century to either country. And of course, people like me were elegible for Spanish nationality until very recently.
