Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

The song is titled with a commonly-held philosophy that many try to push on others as a universal principle. The opening message screen also seems to be implying that every divorce "destroys" households, suggesting that the band is also condemning it. My personal experience, and that of many others, is that divorce is often the *best* thing for the kids, as it allows the parents to live in peace, albeit separately, rather than keeping them trapped in a miserable, toxic, harmful dynamic. There are far worse things than divorce. I'll die on this hill.

Seems like it's about staying together for the kids, which in many cases is a terrible idea. Unless the title is meant ironically, but the lyrics and opening message don't communicate that clearly. Separate parents who are at peace is often far better than parents who are together and miserable, and it's unrealistic and harmful to insist otherwise.

Who the hell gave you the right to police the decisions of an artist? An artist does art because they love doing art. What you're saying is stupid on principle. Just because she's monetizing her art, doesn't mean she doesn't love doing it. It's not a 9-5. You're just angry she's too rich and you want her stop. Keep crying. Her art is great, her fans love it and the haters look pathetic trying to find errors in her art just so they can spread negativity and make as many people as possible as miserable as them. Not gonna work. Why don't you actually do something good for society since you seem to be socially conscious (for the anti-billionaire stance) like voting democrat on these midterms? You're acting as if Taylor was the current US adminstration, people actually doing harm to the US and the world and the people who actually deserves your hate. Not a hugely talented pop superstar that hasn't done anything bad to you and became a billionaire solely on art making her vastly different than the billionaires you hate.

This is true. They’re faster than her own fans. they purposely go out of their way to seek her and then bash her and her family and fans. The snark subreddit was at some point private because of threats to Travis. If something happened to Taylor or Travis it wouldn’t be hard to find those who are at fault. I wish her team would find a way to take it down permanently because this parasocial hate has gone very overboard. How hard is it to ignore something you hate? Their own life must be empty and miserable so the only thing they get joy from is hating Taylor.

I’m lucky enough to be progressing into middle age in a happy and fortunate life. I’ve been listening to more Radiohead than ever. Surface level a lot of it is “miserable” but when you go a bit deeper it’s incredibly life affirming and beautiful. I listened to a podcast recently that did a 10 episode deep dive into In Rainbows that really opened it up for me.
