Wasn't the whole thing that Diddy put out a bounty for someone to go fuck Tupac up But they ended up killing him, which I guess he didn't really mind

A 6 year old boy was shot in the head, and the bullet was fired from a firearm registered to Tupac. We know Tupac was there, and that he got into an armed altercation with another group of people where shots were fired.

I mean it was more than just words on a track though. There was already real gang conflicts going on that lead to this. Most notably Tupac getting shot by somebody and thinking Biggie/Bad Boy was involved which directly led to him making the song, and believe it or not that actually had nothing to do with the shooting that got him killed. That was a direct result of a fight he’d gotten into earlier that night with Orlando Anderson which led him, Keefe D, and a few others to go out and shoot Pac.

lol I don’t know every song. That came out when I was maybe a bit younger than its audience. The only Tupac I would have known at the time was what came out on the radio, and I’m willing to bet that song wasn’t played there. Since then I do listen to a lot of rap from that era on Spotify, somehow I never heard or noticed that song.

it’s not like Biggie wasn’t good enough to be compared to Tupac. the conversation has lasted this long for a reason. but yes, there were many things that made Pac special and his work ethic was one of them
